  1. Services Provided

    True Step offers a range of NDIS services, including therapy, support coordination, and personal care. Services will be tailored to meet the specific needs of each participant as per their NDIS plan.

  2. Eligibility

    To access services, participants must be registered under the NDIS and have an active plan with relevant funding for the services requested.

  3. Fees and Pricing

    Services will be charged in accordance with the NDIS pricing arrangements. Rates are subject to change in line with NDIS updates.

  4. Payment Terms

    Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. True Step will invoice participants or their plan managers as per agreed terms. Payments can be made via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed.

  5. Cancellations and Refunds

    Participants must notify True Step at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed according to NDIS guidelines.

  6. Complaints and Disputes

    Any complaints or disputes can be raised via our customer service team. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and in a timely manner. For unresolved matters, participants can access NDIS support for further guidance.

  7. Privacy and Confidentiality

    True Step is committed to protecting personal information. All client data will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and NDIS regulations.

  8. Code of Conduct

    True Step staff will act in a professional manner, treating participants with dignity and respect. Participants are expected to engage in a respectful and cooperative manner during service delivery.
